NEIRA's Annual Conference is a high-quality, cost-effective event that will bring together over 250 key decision makers at inns and resorts throughout the six New England states. The sponsor table-top trade show will take place on Thursday, November 6th from 1:30PM – 3:30PM.
The Sponsor agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit (amount indicated on the sponsorship agreement based on level) within 2 weeks of registration. The full payment must be received by June 1st or at the time of registration if signing up after June 1st.
Payment should be made through credit card, bank transfer, or check.
Credit card payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Credit card payments will incur a 2% fee.
Bank Transfer: ACH payments incur no fees. Wire transfers incur a $15 fee.
Check: Checks payable to New England Inns & Resorts Association should be mailed to 1 Portsmouth Avenue, Suite 2, Stratham, NH 03885
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of sponsorship or exhibitor space prior to May 1, 2025, a refund of 50% of cost will be granted, less the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation of sponsorship or exhibitor space after May 1, 2025, no refund will be granted.
