What is the attire for NEIRA's Annual Conference?
General Attire throughout the conference is resort casual.
The Cocktail Reception & Dinner on Wednesday will have a theme and attendees are encouraged to dress according to the theme.
Theme: Below Deck Goat Island. All aboard for a night of high-seas fun! Join us for a Below Deck-inspired evening where you can channel your inner yachtie, sailor, or swashbuckling pirate. Come ready to sail into the night with great vibes, themed drinks, and plenty of photo ops. No sea legs required—just a sense of adventure! Suggested attire: nautical stripes, pirate flair, yacht crew glam, captain’s hats welcome!
The Cocktail Reception & Dinner on Thursday will be business attire and is our awards night. (sport coat or jacket, dress pants, skirts, dresses).
This event will be offsite at OceanCliff (65 Ridge Rd, Newport, RI 02840). NEIRA will provide complimentary shuttle service from Newport Harbor Island Resort to OceanCliff for the cocktail reception and awards dinner. Buses will begin loading at 5:00pm and will depart as they reach capacity. Shuttles will run continuously until all guests have been transported. With 300 guests expected, please be prepared for staggered departure times. Return service will also be provided at the end of the evening starting at 9:30pm.
Who is eligible to attend?
Conference registration is only open to lodging properties located in New England. Supplier companies sponsoring and/or exhibiting at the conference are also eligible to attend.
