What is the attire for NEIRA's Annual Conference?
General Attire throughout the conference is resort casual.
The Cocktail Reception & Dinner on Wednesday will have a theme. The theme for this year is Country Western and attendees are encouraged to dress according to the theme.
The Cocktail Reception & Dinner on Thursday will be business attire and is our awards night. (sport coat or jacket, dress pants, skirts, dresses).
Who is eligible to attend?
Conference registration is only open to lodging properties located in New England. Supplier companies sponsoring and/or exhibiting at the conference are also eligible to attend.
How do I register to attend?
Registration opens in June each year.
Registration is a 2-part process.

When registering, indicate if you are a first-time or returning attendee. Registration pricing is for the conference only. Rooms at the Samoset are sold out. If you are staying offsite or do not require lodging, meals can be purchased a la carte. View registration pricing and options.
PART 2: Book your overnight accommodations. The Samoset Resort is now SOLD OUT! Alternate accommodations are available at several local NEIRA member properties; click here to view the options. Please call the property directly for pricing and reservations.

Will shuttle service be provided from the Samoset Resort to the overflow properties?
Yes! For those who are not staying at the Samoset Resort but are staying at another local NEIRA member property, NEIRA will provide shuttle service on November 1 and 2. A final schedule and pick up locations will be available closer to the event.
