Conference attendees are eligible for a special group rate on overnight accommodations (rates listed below). Please note that you must be registered for the conference before reserving a hotel room. Conference registration will open in June, and reservation instructions will be included in your registration confirmation email.
The room block will open in mid-June and will remain available until Sunday, October 4, or until the block sells out—whichever occurs first.

Bay Pines Collection Two-Bedroom Villa – $430
Bay Pines Collection Three-Bedroom Villa – $597
Room rates are subject to applicable taxes and a discounted resort service fee of $15 per bedroom, per night.
