 The 2025 NEIRA Annual Conference has passed. The information below is listed for reference only. ​

The 2025 NEIRA Annual Conference will be held at the 
​Newport Harbor Island Resort, 1 Goat Island Rd, Newport, RI 02840.

Conference attendees are eligible for a special group rate on overnight accommodations (see rates below). Please note: you must be registered for the conference before booking your hotel room. Reservation instructions will be provided in your conference registration confirmation email.

Reservations will be accepted until Monday, September 15, 2025, or until the room block is full—whichever occurs first.

Newport Harbor Island Resort Rates (per night):

• Standard / Run of House – $259
• Junior Suite – $529
• Bi-Level Suite – $599

All room rates are subject to applicable taxes and a $1.50 per night Newport Tourism Assessment Fee.
