The 2026 NEIRA Annual Conference will be held at Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club, located at 2907 Main Street, Brewster, MA. Conference attendees are eligible for discounted group rates on overnight accommodations. Available room types and rates are listed below:

Mansion Wing Run of House – $199
Bay Pines Collection Two-Bedroom Villa – $430
Bay Pines Collection Three-Bedroom Villa – $597
All room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes, as well as a discounted resort fee of $15 per bedroom, per night.
Please note: You must be registered for the conference before booking your hotel room. Reservation instructions will be provided in your conference registration confirmation email.
Reservations will be accepted until Sunday, October 4, 2026, or until the room block is full—whichever comes first.
