​The New England Inns & Resorts Association invites you to join your hospitality peers and suppliers at the 2025 NEIRA Annual Conference, November 5-7, at the Newport Harbor Island Resort in Newport, Rhode Island.

Conference registration is only open to lodging properties located in New England. Supplier companies sponsoring and/or exhibiting at the conference are also eligible to attend.

Member/General Attendee Rate Fee includes registration, all refreshments and meals.	$800 (not including awards dinner - sold out)
First-time Attendee Rate Fee includes complimentary registration, all refreshments and meals.	$700 (not including awards dinner - sold out)
Wednesday Only Day Pass (November 5) Day pass includes sessions, refreshments, and theme night meal.	$369
*Thursday Only Day Pass (November 6) Day pass includes sessions & events, and meals.	$400 (not including awards dinner - sold out)

NOTE: If you are an honorary or legacy member, or if you are registering a spouse/guest who will just attend the social events and meals, reach out to Amy Gallagher, Program & Events Manager, at [email protected] for special instructions. 

Cancellation Policy

​If you need to cancel your registration, registration fees are refundable less a $30 administrative fee if cancelled by October 4, 2025. After October 4, no refunds will be issued, but substitutions are allowed.
